If, for any reason, you are not completely satisified with one of our products, you may return the product for your money back provided you first contact us for a return authorization number.
To apply for a return authorization number, please send an e-mail to info@syracusesoapworks.com. Please provide your invoice or order number, the item name or number and the reason for you return. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and shipping address. Buyer is responsible for charges associated with return shipping, including insurance. |
